Job Description
  • Support the origination process and ensure customer retention and customer satisfaction levels are met in line with defined objectives

  • Handle, manage and direct customer queries and complaints

  • Maintain, update and analyse complaints register and monitor incidence frequency to make suggestions for improvement in service quality

  • Follow-up with Underwriting & Closing daily to obtain status of in-process applications and review status of with Mortgage Advisors

  • Continue follow-up of additional documentation requests from applicants and update Mortgage Advisors daily on incoming and outgoing documents
