The role holder is responsible for assisting the Product dev. Director in managing existing Governmental relationships, growing existing customer accounts and supporting the closure of new opportunities, in accordance with Bidaya policies, strategies and plans. The role holder is also responsible for coordinating internally across departments to resolve customer queries and support sales and contracting.
§ Assists Product dev Director in planning through research on competition, strength and weakness analysis and information gathering.
§ Coordinates with Marketing Specialist to identify new opportunities/market segment/services for the region.
§ Makes contact with potential leads, as requisite, in order to achieve individual and team sales targets.
§ Analyzes business data in order to generate analytics, which support sales related decision-making.
§ Ensures accurate and timely completion of sales related administration and contracting in order to facilitate the sales process.
§ Assists products dev. director in identifying opportunities for business growth.
§ Supports preparation of sales and service management related plans for governmental sector customers.
§ Coordinates with other Departments to resolve customer complaints and queries.
§ Provides timely and quality response to customer queries/complaints/requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
§ Follows-up with existing customers to take feedback about services, understand their future needs, and gather information about competitor's activities.
· Manage the relationship with the targeted governmental entities such as MOH, REDF.
· Coordinate between targeted governmental entities and Bidaya.
· Act as a vocal point of Bidaya with the targeted governmental entities.
